This simple shed was built to match the style of the house. The colors of the siding, doors, and shingles, and even the pitch of the roof were chosen to compliment the home. I made a few special modifications to focus on longevity and low maintenance.

After making a level foundation with a shovel and some cement blocks, the boys helped build the floor framing.
The walls are 12'x8' for convenient sheathing.
