Plum Tree Deck

was a fun, short build that took some extra thought and planning. Look for yourself, of the 240 cuts I made for the project, only 36 were not angled or beveled. But at the same time, simple enough to build the foundation ahead of time in my garage with the kid’s help. I hope someday to recreate this project, even on a bigger scale, either as a standalone deck or inset into a larger structure. Yes, water will get down to the tree. No, weeds and grass will not come up.
